At The Black Tape Project, we strive for perfection in every roll; however, due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our body tapes, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened product in its original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to ensure the adhesive rolls are not crushed during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our distribution center, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the tamper-evident seals are intact, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
